# Burlebo CRM Mobile β Privacy Policy

Burlebo CRM Mobile ("the app") is an internal business application published by
T & L Designs, LLC, operating as BURLEBO. It is provided solely to BURLEBO employees
for managing wholesale dealer accounts. It is not offered to, or usable by, the
general public: signing in requires a BURLEBO employee account.
This policy describes what the app collects, why, and who it is shared with.
## Information we collect
**Your BURLEBO account information.** When you sign in, the app receives your name,
your work email address, and your BURLEBO user identifier. This is used to identify
you, to determine which dealer accounts you are assigned, and to record actions you
take in the CRM.
**Business records you view and create.** The app displays and updates BURLEBO's own
business records β wholesale dealer accounts, contact details for dealer staff,
order history, call and email logs, and notifications. This information belongs to
BURLEBO and is stored on BURLEBO's systems, not on your device.
**A sign-in token stored on your device.** So you are not asked to sign in every
time, the app stores an authentication token in the app's private storage on your
phone. It is readable only by this app, is removed when you sign out, and is not
transmitted anywhere except to BURLEBO's own servers to authenticate your requests.
## Information we do not collect
The app contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking software of
any kind. It does not track you across apps or websites, and it shares nothing with
data brokers or advertising networks.
The app requests no device permissions. It does not access your location, camera,
microphone, photos, contacts, calendar, or health data, and iOS will never prompt you
for any of these, because the app does not ask.
## How we use it
Your account information is used only to operate the app: to authenticate you, show
you the accounts you are responsible for, and attribute your activity in the CRM so
colleagues can see who contacted a dealer and when. It is not used for marketing,
profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose unrelated to your work.
## Who it is shared with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their
own purposes. Three service providers process data on BURLEBO's behalf in order for
the app to function:
- **Google Cloud Platform** β hosts BURLEBO's CRM backend and database. All app data
Β Β is stored there under BURLEBO's account.
- **Google Sign-In** β used when you choose "Continue with Google." Google
Β Β authenticates you and confirms your email address to us. Access is restricted to
Β Β `@burlebo.com` Google Workspace accounts.
- **Expo (Expo Application Services)** β delivers app updates. When the app checks
Β Β for an update it sends limited technical information β platform, app version, and
Β Β an update identifier β to Expo's update service. It does not send your name, your
Β Β email, your account identifier, or any BURLEBO business data.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect BURLEBO's
rights, property, or safety.
## Security
All communication between the app and BURLEBO's servers uses HTTPS encryption. The
app refuses unencrypted connections. Access requires a BURLEBO employee account, and
each employee sees only the accounts their role permits.
## Retention
Business records are retained by BURLEBO according to its internal record-keeping
practices. Your account information is retained for as long as you have a BURLEBO
account and is removed or deactivated when your employment ends. The sign-in token on
your device is deleted when you sign out or delete the app.
## Your choices
Because this is an employer-provided tool used for work, employees cannot opt out of
the account information required to operate it. You may sign out at any time, which
removes the stored token from your device, and deleting the app removes all local app
data. To ask what information is held about you, or to request a correction, contact
